Reporting a problem

To help track down a bug, please include:

• Your browser and its version, and your operating system (for example, Chrome 140 on Windows 11, or Safari on iPhone).
• What you were doing: which page, what kind of file (GIF, PNG, MP4, MOV…), roughly how many frames, and the settings you changed.
• What happened, including any error message shown above the tool.

Please don't attach private images or videos. If a specific file won't open, describe it instead, or send a copy you are happy to share.
